We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager with product development experience to join our fantastic team, someone who will be responsible for all client Marketing, mainly digital/social media, brand improvement, increasing awareness, attracting clients to our consumers, in a niche market and who is very community driven.

The role

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will join our team of specialists with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment to optimise primarily our digital as well as non-digital presence and to build and manage our customer acquisition through multiple channels, you will take responsibilities from day one. Some of the things you would be doing are:

  • Responsible for the KPIs and budgets defined together with the head of Marketing & Sales.
  • Gradually improve / become responsible for our online and offline marketing strategy and implementation and their P&L.
  • Manage, implement, measure & improve the different marketing campaigns. including e-mailing, webinars, events, LinkedIn, social media & influencers, web, SEO/SEM, affiliate programs and traditional channels among others.
  • Responsible for the whole funnel: target audience, content, mean, results, improvements.
  • AB driver - constantly optimise online and offline funnels while creating new profitable ones.
  • Identify trends and emerging technologies while adapting the strategy and spending based on insights.
  • Proactively manage effective lead generation, sales pipeline and proposal development and negotiation processes in collaboration with the different internal related teams to optimise lead flow.
  • Create captivating content/messaging to power traditional and digital marketing channels (website, blog, social media, email outreach, white papers, etc.); develop and manage key messaging and content to support business strategies.
  • Work with the business development and operational teams to prepare sales enablement materials for client presentations, meetings, external conferences, presentations, online workshops, etc.
  • Support clients on their marketing strategy and Crisalix lead generation activities.

The skill set required for our ideal candidate:

  • A BM/MS ideally in digital marketing and psychology.
  • Outstanding results in newsletters campaign and webinars for B2B audiences.
  • Proven and successful experience in SEO/SEM, remarketing, LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media.
  • Successful lead generation in a medical/luxury niche market.
  • At least 4 years of overachieving targets with similar experience. Successful experience as an online marketing consultant in a disruptive B2B healthcare SaaS / luxury goods segment.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in paid digital media, affiliate marketing, campaign optimization, and demand generation programs.
  • A good notion of affiliate marketing networks.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a strong understanding of online creative development.
  • Evidence you’ve produced compelling content that drives deeper audience engagement and converts qualified sales leads.
  • Self-starter and innovative thinker with a “take charge” attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Experience working in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies/the aesthetic industry and or medical field would be a plus.
  • Proactive, flexible attitude and creative thinker.
  • Quick learner, efficient, hard worker.
  • Comfortable with dynamic and changing priorities.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus!
