The role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible, with a consultative approach for identifying and executing clients marketing needs by creating then selling a new service in addition to the existing platform marketing tools for our current clients (Within your assigned region), with the main focus been on attracting and converting B2C leads using the clients own website, Social Media ect, in this niche market which ultimately will help identify and solve clients marketing problems, while increasing their own revenue and improving their brand awareness.


  • Define clients online marketing strategy, agree upon achievable targets and budgets with the Management and be responsible for them.
  • Develop and manage the different marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM,PPC social media, affiliate programs, email campaigns, Viral features, Programmatic, Social, content marketing, etc. But with cost effective methods always the key for maximum impact.
  • Design, build and maintain the client's social media, provide data analysis on which methods would work the best for a particular client by tailoring the needs to the identified issues.
  • Be responsible for KPIs such as lead generation growth, revenues growth, customer acquisition cost optimization.
  • Support/advise our clients to improve their own lead generation and communication through all possible digital channels.
  • Constantly measure, report and optimize funnels of the different campaigns through planning, execution and A/B testing.
  • Identify trends and emerging technologies while adapting the strategy based on insights.
  • Where appropriate manage effective lead generation, sales pipeline and proposal development processes in collaboration with the different internal related teams to optimize lead flow.

The skill set required for our ideal candidate:

  • A BM/MS in Digital Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of over achieving targets with similar experience. Successful experience as a consultant or in an online communication agency.
  • You have a client centric approach and all decisions are based upon this philosophy.
  • Out of the box thinker, problem solver, with an entrepreneur mindset and capacity to work independently.Able to execute a strategy and plan.
  • Creative copy-writing experience and visual design skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital/affiliate marketing, campaign optimization, and demand generation programs.
  • Proficient in paid digital media.
  • Excellent knowledge of affiliate marketing networks (CJ Affiliate, Google…).
  • Advanced analytical skills with a strong understanding of online creative development.
  • Team player, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of English and Spanish. Excellent communication skills and proficient in MLA writing. Fluency in other languages would also be an asset.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about B2C marketing strategies such as marketplaces, email marketing, personalization, mobile commerce, digital advertising, affiliate marketing, and have an excellent understanding of working with social media as a marketing platform
  • Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.

We also value very positively

  • Experience working in B2B and B2C companies / the aesthetic industry and or medical field would be a plus.
  • Fluency in any additional languages would also be an advantage.
