We are looking for a successful Inside Sales Manager to improve sales of our wonderful product.

The role

An Inside Sales Manager while working in an agile team, you will take responsibilities from day one. Some of the things you would be doing are:

• Boost up revenue growth from Online Sales by monitoring sales metrics and manage the appointment to closing sales process.
• Recruit and train to mastery the new sales talents.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
• Constantly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team, current sales, practises and procedures and recommending and implementing improvements.
• Establish and implement short-and long-range profitable sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the C-level team, promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
• Reporting to CO.

The skill set

Our ideal candidate would have

• 4+ years of record breaking experience in managing and training inside sales teams within a niche market for game-changing solution technology based on need creation (Med-software industry would be ideal), always fighting for the extra miles.
• Minimum 4 years in online conceptual sales closing with short sales cycles and growing business through referrals in community business.
• 4+ years of proven experience in lead generation.
• Sold experience community business driven by referrals, ideally in medical community/the aesthetic/cosmetic field.
• Start-up/entrepreneur experience, hands on and mindset.
• Have a strong hunter's character and a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrate a hard ability to partner with stakeholders and take the initiative.
• Strong analytical and number-focused.
• Tech-oriented is a must.
• Ice-breaker, customer-facing enthusiast with extraordinary listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, problem solving and exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-starter and innovative thinker with a “take charge” attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
• Culturally aware to deal with a team coming from different regions and backgrounds.
• Excellent leadership skills, this role requires you to manage a worldwide distributed team and related flexibility.
• Proficient in English, and a + in Spanish (both spoken and written) + another language is great.
• Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce..).

• Experience working in B2B and luxury/niche B2C companies/the aesthetic industry and or medical field would be a plus.
• Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior customer experience.
