We are looking for an experienced remote senior B2C product owner to join our fantastic team.

Requirements

The role

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for the conceptual design and new or further development of B2C applications. You act as product manager and take over the communication with owners and stakeholders. You are always up to date with digital trends and ensure a user-friendly handling of the websites. Some of the things you would be doing are:

• Responsibility for B2C applications starting from new development, technical support, incident management, bug sorting up to further development and new implementations
• Management of the product backlog
• Contact person for service owners and information partner for our stakeholders
• Elicitation of requirements, elaboration and definition of epics, user stories, tasks and definition of acceptance criteria
• Application of innovation methods for prioritization of requirements
• Close collaboration with development and QA teams
• Exchange and collaborate with designer and UX team to ensure highest quality user experience
• Release planning, progress monitoring and organization of user acceptance tests
• Take ownership over usability and performance of the websites
• Primarily responsible for timely delivery and continuous improvement of the application

The skill set

Our ideal candidate would have

• 3+ years' of B2C experience in a product owner role managing a digital product.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
• Good operational and analytical skills.
• UX/UI knowledge.
• Solid experience working in Agile team.
• Excellent communication skills for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.
• Proactive, flexible attitude and creative thinker.
• Quick learner, efficient, hard worker.
• Demonstrable ownership.
• Experience in agile working in interdisciplinary, multicultural and virtual teams.
• Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative.
• Have a strong consultative nature and customer-centric approach.
• Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus!

We also value very positively

• Highly experienced in mobile apps and long lifespan products.
• Medical sector experience is a plus.
• Experience with Jira it´s a plus.
